My water heater pilot went out Monday night and I was able to get an appointment the next day. The technician, Don, was thorough and well informed. He provided me with multiple options. My house is 40 years old had has some 'special' plumbing problems. On the two occasions they came out they were very personable, professional and quick.This is an addition to the above review. I've always said that when you find someone who does a good job... you stick with them. Cisneros is and always will be the first to call when plumbing needs to be fixed or components need to be replaced. Call Cisneros first and always after that when you need them.Don came out several times last week to do needed repairs and upgrades. We had a new water heater installed... and a pressure regulator. And a shutoff valve. I'm retired and all of this was well within my budget. The peace of mind that comes from knowing that you aren't going to be awakened in the middle of the night with a plumbing problem is priceless. The insurance against the catastrophe of losing sleep and dealing with damaged property Is Cisneros plumbing. Make them your friends when you first call them... make them part of your family when you learn they will always be there for you. Thank you Don!
Their customer service was amazing, they were very communicative and kept me in the loop the whole time . Alex the plumber was awesome, he showed up explained everything to me. We had a clogged drain and he knew we were tight on money so he gave us three options to choose from,1 being the cheapest and 3 being the highest. He knew we couldn't afford number three so he worked on that drain vigorously and was able to clear it for us. I will definitely use their company again.
Tommy was absolutely awesome, he actually got the job done in less than two hours removing an old water heater and installing a new! Coordinated the permits required, the inspector came out the first time and found some issues, which Tommy came out and fixed.The security issues needing screws was a easy fix.The only problem that we had was understanding why he had to drill a 2 inch hole in our closet wall/stucco exterior wall which housed The water heater, for the required drainage path should the water heater disperse water.The stucco on the wall that was drilled through is now cracked, he filled the area where the discharge pipe came through, with silicone. The stucco wall is definitely cracked. The direction of the disbursement should liquid need to be expelled is right next to my kitchen wall, landing on a flat patio surface where we already know water will pool~ very concerned over the wall Should water need to be expelled.I feel that he did a good job, very professional, very informative, product was installed very cleanly, and he cleaned his job up after he finished before he left.I just don’t understand why he pointed the discharge from the tray under the water heater should there be an overflow, right next to the house, and not pointed out towards the desert dirt.... The original tray had a PVC pipe, that pointed to the exit of the closet for drainage purposes, I would’ve thought he would’ve just extended that and directed it to the dirt instead of lateral to the house....
