My water heater pilot went out Monday night and I was able to get an appointment the next day. The technician, Don, was thorough and well informed. He provided me with multiple options. My house is 40 years old had has some 'special' plumbing problems. On the two occasions they came out they were very personable, professional and quick.This is an addition to the above review. I've always said that when you find someone who does a good job... you stick with them. Cisneros is and always will be the first to call when plumbing needs to be fixed or components need to be replaced. Call Cisneros first and always after that when you need them.Don came out several times last week to do needed repairs and upgrades. We had a new water heater installed... and a pressure regulator. And a shutoff valve. I'm retired and all of this was well within my budget. The peace of mind that comes from knowing that you aren't going to be awakened in the middle of the night with a plumbing problem is priceless. The insurance against the catastrophe of losing sleep and dealing with damaged property Is Cisneros plumbing. Their customer service was amazing, they were very communicative and kept me in the loop the whole time . Alex the plumber was awesome, he showed up explained everything to me. We had a clogged drain and he knew we were tight on money so he gave us three options to choose from,1 being the cheapest and 3 being the highest. He knew we couldn't afford number three so he worked on that drain vigorously and was able to clear it for us. I will definitely use their company again.
